Anna Grutzner

Anna Grutzner is an account director and head of Fenton Communications’ Sydney office. She has been with the firm for over a decade.

Anna has extensive practical experience in the fields of professional writing, marketing, public relations, journalism, and translating. Writing and strategy development are among her core professional skills.

She has worked with a wide range of organisations including Monash University, the National Nursing Taskforce, Department of Justice (Victoria), Department of Human Services (Victoria), Alcoa Australia, Penrith City Council and Delta Electricity.

Anna has undertaken a number of internal communication audits and strategies for clients. She is also an accredited Certificate IV Workplace Assessment & Training trainer who develops and delivers training in areas including: media, presentation, professional writing and personal marketing skills.

She has previously worked as a journalist in Melbourne and Canberra for The Herald, The Canberra Times and The Australian, including a four-year period as a political correspondent in the Canberra press gallery. While living in France for two years she contributed a daily commentary to ABC Radio and worked as a French-English translator.

Anna has a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from the University of Melbourne and in her personal time teaches English to migrants.
