Alexandra Haddon

Account Manager

Alexandra is an account manager with strong skills in writing, community engagement and research and analysis. She specialises in social media and online engagement and has broad experience in website management and content creation.

Alexandra supports the team on major communication and marketing campaigns and has worked on complex integrated communication campaigns for federal government departments, national and state not-for-profits across a diverse range of sectors including sustainability and health.

She enjoys working in partnership with clients and stakeholders to translate and distil complex messages into easy-to-understand formats for target audiences.

Recently she worked with a government agency to increase awareness of good kerbside recycling practice through a social media campaign across multiple platforms, and developed a social media strategy to help a utility company generate public discussion about the differences between tap and bottled water.

Alexandra manages, develops and writes a quarterly publication for a national aged care provider to communicate with staff, residents and stakeholders. She also provides social media training and ongoing support to staff.

Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Arts with majors in Journalism and Psychology from Monash University.
