Elle is a senior consultant with over seven years experience in the areas of government relations, strategic communications and issues management.
Elle has worked with private, public and not-for-profit sectors in Australian and the UK, and has a strong understanding of the Australian government systems that she uses to communicate important issues, reach target audiences and achieve strategic objectives for her clients.
While in government, Elle held a number of communication roles in complex policy areas including indigenous affairs, where she managed a national engagement strategy around changing Australia’s constitution. More recently she has worked in a media and policy-focused positions in the innovation and not-for-profit sectors.
Elle is expert at translating research into key messages and creating targeted communication outputs for media. She is motivated by collaborative potential of business, government and the wider community to solve society’s biggest issues and enjoys working on socially impactful campaigns.
In 2019, Elle was part of the team awarded the Gold Lion at Cannes for her work on a climate change campaign.
Elle holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Tasmania and Masters in Communication from the Royal Institute of Technology.
