Madeleine is a senior consultant who brings two decades of experience in communication strategy, social marketing campaigns, stakeholder engagement, social media, public relations, issues management, writing and employee engagement.
Madeleine has worked with private, public and not-for-profit sector clients to raise awareness, change behaviours, manage issues and achieve strategic objectives on issues as diverse as disability support, preventing violence against women, redress for child sex abuse survivors, community recycling and executive education. Recently, she developed a communication framework, strategic documents and key messages to raise awareness of a new disability quality body.
Madeleine is a specialist in translating research and insights into effective communications, strategies and campaigns that support the delivery of complex reforms, sensitive policies and public services. She is especially passionate about projects that help to improve the lives of vulnerable audiences.
In 2017, Madeleine won the Australian Marketing Institute (Victoria) award for public sector excellence. Her work has also been recognised by the Research Industry Council of Australia and the Public Relations Institute of Australia.
Madeleine holds a Bachelor of Business (Organisational Communication and Public Relations) from the Queensland University of Technology and a Graduate Certificate of Arts (Creative Writing) from the University of Melbourne.
